2011 CCSA Swim Information

and Programs

The Country Club of St. Albans aquatics programs are an exceptional offering. Members and their children have an opportunity to learn the basics of swimming improve swimming technique and/or participate in competition with the CCSA’s “Gators” Swim Team.

Beginners or advanced, and everything in between, the CCSA Swimming Staff will ensure your child’s summer is full of aquatic experiences and fun!

Make sure your child is a part of a variety of programs including swimming lessons and joining the Gators for all of their swim team victories! The Country Club of St.Albans swim team, the Gators, competitively swim in the West County Swimming Conference league.  The Gators have garnered victory for several consecutive seasons by winning the West County Swimming Conference Championship.  Go Gators!

The Pool Staff is a highly qualified group of professionals providing to members, their families and guests a quality experience during the long days of summer, “sun up to sun down.”  Each staff member is hand-selected for their life guarding capabilities, supervisory skills, and their appreciation for member service.  Most importantly, it is their job to provide a tremendous summer experience and to hold the safety of all members and their guests at the top of their priorities.

Year after year we have the “cream of the crop” in regard to supervisors and lifeguards return to the CCSA pool.

Swim Management

Pool Manager Jean Chard provides an abundant resume of national career achievements as well as aquatic certifications assuring members, their children, and their guests a superbly operated pool and aquatics program at The Country Club of St. Albans.  Coaching individuals as well as high school swim teams to numerous national championships, Jean also possesses several safety, health, and operational certifications required to manage one of the Club’s most popular amenities during the summer season.  A highlight on Jean’s resume would be National Swim Coach of the Year, 2004! 

CCSA Swim Lessons

Private and Semi-Private Lessons are also available and taught by our skilled and talented lifeguard staff.
